1 Year!

Wow, how the time flies! Here are some fun facts about J. at age 1:

In his first year of life, he grew 11 inches and gained 15 pounds

He now can say 5 words: mama, dada, ball, baby, bye-bye

He walks like a pro

He loves Baby Einstein videos. When you try to get his attention when he is watching one, he will push you away.

He can clap his hands, wave (and say bye-bye at the same time), and feed himself finger foods.

He loves eating baby food and still has no interest in what we are eating

He is a binky baby

He has 10 teeth now...his molars are coming in now and he's not been too happy about it.

He loves his nana (my mom) almost as much as he loves me

His eyes are officially hazel...sometimes they are blue, sometimes they are green, sometimes they are gold or brown, and sometimes they are a combination of two colors.

He still loves to laugh and smile and is a happy baby when his teeth don't hurt.

He loves to snuggle and is very loving

Nobody can make him laugh like his daddy can!

His favorite toy is a $5 set of Fisher-Price stackable rings.

He loves riding in his stroller, which makes going shopping a breeze!

The world would be an awful place without him!
