Sadly, this is the second time I've had a posting with that title since I had J.
I went yesterday for my color correction...it took over 3 hours and cost over $200, but my hair no longer makes me look like a freak so I'm okay with that.
My hair isn't the color I was originally going for, but he couldn't go lighter without using bleach, and that would have really messed things up, so I'm going to go back every 6 weeks and he will gradually get it lighter and lighter. It's more of an ash blond right now. Not terrible...definitely better than it was when I walked into the salon!
After this, I will NEVER try to color my own hair again (and this isn't like when you drink too much and are so hungover the next day that you swear you will never drink again, but then you figure a little hair-o-the-dog will make you feel better, so you get schnockered again...I promise)!!!!

OH dear. Yes, that's one of those lessons you won't soon forget. Ash blonde sounds nice to me, although I can understand if that's not really what you're used to.
Thank God it'll really be back to normal w/in a few months though...that's not bad.
What the heck did he have to do??
Good for you! I'm glad that it seems that it'll be okay and in a few weeks, it'll get even better.
Love ya!

Okay, now that I'm looking at it more, it's more ginger blonde than ash blonde, but I've gotten a lot of compliments on it this weekend (without even fishing for them) so I guess it looks alright.
He had to strip my hair of the brassy color that was on it, which took an hour, and then put in highlights and lowlights.
Fun!
Did you take before and after pictures?
Cory - You just have to imagine it in your head. The paparazzi weren't around that day to catch a shot. ;)
