Costa Rican Honeymoon, Day Fourteen

Our last night in Costa Rica...

We woke up and went downstairs for a free continental breakfast. After, we toured the grounds a little - there are two resident parrots here - too cool! This hotel is magnificent.

We then walked to the National Museum and spent about 45 minutes there checking out Costa Rica's history. We then walked the city in search of an extra luggage bag and an ATM machine. We found both and then had lunch at McDonald's of all places. The place was packed!

We went back to the hotel when the rain started looming and turned on college football. To our surprise and utter delight, the Florida-LSU game was on and we won 31-10. Yay!

My allergies started acting up from all of the pollution in the city so I took a little siesta. Later, we walked to a little cafe, El Mundo, and ate wood fire pizza, bruschetta, and cake. Muy bien (except I liked hubby's pizza better than my own).

We also bought tons of coffee today - Cafe Britt is amazing! Now, we're chilling out in front of the television and I'm going to give hubby a facial.

This has been a wonderful trip. Hubby did great! I think I'll keep him!
