Can I just say how proud I am of my little man? Usually, when I take him to the doctor, he freaks out, screaming his head off as soon as the stethoscope is in plain view.
Today on the other hand, he was such a big boy! The whole event was a piece of cake, without him crying once. Not even when he got a shot!
I attribute part of this to the fact that I have been letting him see me when I take my injections so that he understands that it doesn't hurt that bad. It also helped that he saw an episode of the Penguins of Madagascar last night that talked about the penguins having to get shots. He seemed to understand that it was something he had to do and was great.
I've known adults who handle such things way worse.

Isn't it funny how when we stress out over things like that they always do better than we think they will? Good for him! And YU ;)
