On my mind

This news story has been on my mind all day today, and made me cry a few times too.

Partially because the neighborhood resembled my own and reminded me of how close we live to the airport, but more than anything, because small children were killed. It's just amazing how fast your world can come crashing down; how precious and fragile life really is.

I just couldn't wait to get home today to give J. a million hugs and kisses.
