Bikram Yoga
I tried Bikram yoga for the first time today - it was awesome! If you don't know what it is, check out the link. The theory is that it cleanses your body of toxins and improves the functioning of your internal organs. If that doesn't intrigue you, consider that you burn between 350-600 calories in a 90-minute session! It was hard work and the heat makes you sweat like a pig, but when you are done, you feel absolutely amazing. :)
